1. Agreeing to these terms
This website is run by HALO Management Agency LLC ("HALO", "we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who visits the site or sends an application through it.
By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site gives information about HALO and lets you apply to work with us. There are no accounts, nothing to buy, and no explicit content is hosted or shown here. We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.
3. 18+ only
This site is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age where you live, to use it or apply. We do not knowingly accept applications from anyone under 18.
4. Applying isn't a contract
Sending an application does not create any agreement between you and HALO, and we may decline any application without giving a reason. Any work together happens only under a separate written agreement that we both sign.
5. Give us true information
Everything you send, including your photos, must be true, recent and your own.
Do not send information or photos of anyone else, or of anyone under 18.
6. Acceptable use
When using the site, you must not:
- send fake applications, or apply for someone else without their permission;
- scrape or copy the site with bots or other automated tools;
- try to break, overload or get into parts of the site you are not meant to reach;
- upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
We may block access or delete submissions that break these rules.
7. No earnings promise
Figures and examples on this site are illustrations, not a promise of results. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of income or financial advice.
8. Our content
The HALO name and logo, the design of this site, and its text, images, videos and code are owned by HALO Management Agency LLC or licensed to us. You may view the site for your own personal use, but you may not copy or reuse any of it without our written permission.
9. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on this site uses your work without permission, email admin@haloangels.net with a link to it and proof that you own the rights. We will review it promptly and remove it if needed.
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". Beyond what the law requires, we make no promise that it will be error-free or always available. Links to other services, such as Instagram or WhatsApp, are covered by those services' own terms.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, HALO is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of income, data or opportunity, that comes from using the site. Where we are responsible, our total liability relating to the site is limited to US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away your rights under consumer law where you live.
12. Changes and ending access
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site afterwards means you accept them. We may suspend or end anyone's access to the site if we believe these terms have been broken.
13. Governing law
These terms are between you and HALO Management Agency LLC and are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of New Mexico, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
